Help,.. can't use my characters

    Anyone help me please..

    After clicking ok to select server west siel..
    It never continous to character selection... its been awhile since this has happened to me.

    Anybody know what's the problem????

    also had this problem my advice is to pm an Admin that can help you and posting a screenshot of your characters from the game cp can also help...
