    As title mention, i been seeking for this quest for quiet sometimes, but yet i still can figure out which NPC that's start the quest that lead to this.

    I'm suppose to find these few quests:

    [Spy/League] Agency's Aftermath.
    Blessing to the Agent.

    You use to be able to buy it in the store for credits, for a very short period of time, maybe a year or so ago. Then the DDL came out and that was in the store until the 4.0 release so there are a whole lot more of those around. Maybe wait and see what happens with 4.5 in a couple days or see if you can trade someone. Good luck!
