Hi i am playing assassin and i get 65 lvl and stigma tree,but i dont know what gear must have and from where i can get ti pls some help ty

From personal experience, an Assassin should focus their assets on gearing up their offensive gears first. This includes Weapons and Accessories. There are several sources to get PvE type gears, a good starting off point might be Kahruns or Sauro Sanctuary Base (SSB). Considering you're Asmodian, you would have gotten a handful of Adella's Gift bundles containing Kahrun symbols. These coins can be traded in Kamar/Sarpan for gears. Sauro Sanctuary Base would provide better gears to work with, however this is an instance and would require a group to enter and complete. The mythical drops from this instance can provide a decent buffer, until PvP gears.

As you work your way around to obtain decent PvE gears, it should be used as a buffer to work towards PvP gears. You should also try to participant in as many events as possible. Often Mithril medals would be awarded as prizes. And perhaps farm up a large amount of kinah to buy it off players. Mirthril Medals and Abyss Points can be used to purchased lv60 PvP gears (located in cloister of kaisinel/convent of marchutan). There are also a number of daily quests with Mithril medals and kinah as reward.
