I have this problem NEED HELP

what should i do to be able to fix it ;(

 

Run the launcher and click repair/update.

 

i already use file repair but nothing change ;( do i need to delete some folder then repair?

 

Some files are missing sir restart your pc And run the launcher as administrator.

Reinstalled the game and keep getting the error when upgrading launcher Gamez.
run as administrator and same problem

I see those invisible bodies with floating heads, probably your client missing some files, if you already used File Repair and it did nothing, delete the $Patch$ folder inside the main aion folder, along with this file "FileInfoMap_AION.dat"

 

Well.. Your Aion Is not Fully Patch. try to Patch again.

 

where can i locate this file?

 

Main Aion folder (Aion\FileInfoMap_AION.dat) it gets created once you open the NCsoft launcher and file repair/update your client
