I got a serious issue and seems google can't help either aion technical support help

So with out any further spam i will just go straight to my problem.
first i had ncsoft luncher and aion folder with patched gamezaion till we got to 4.5 i forget my ncsoft luncher place and by mistake i unistalled it from my C part but left aion folder with gamezaion each time i open it , it gives me please update your aion folder so kk easy i re-installed the new ncsoft luncher then downloaded the game in those 9 stages + update it says the director place is in c/ program files x86 > ncwest > download ... when i go to this directory i see aion folder but empty inside but some how iam still able to play original game from that luncher desktob shortcut.

i still have aion folder with gamezaion patched and i can't find my new installed patch or game w/e directory so i can either copy patch to my current aion folder in (E) or i just download gamezaion again and put it in that newfolder so please help me out:sad:

 

Right click on that shortcut on your desktop and click on Properties. You'll get the shortcut directory from there.

 

tryed for the aion shortcut it returns me back to NCWest which inside it ncsoft luncher and ncsoft helper and many other files.

 

You can always check where did the NCsoft launcher pin your aion folder at, to do so run Regedit (type "regedit" in windows start, or press Windows key +R and type regedit then press enter), and find the key named "BaseDir" that has as data the aion directory, the key may be in the following folders:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NCWest\Aion
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\NCWest\Aion
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\NCWest\Aion
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\NCWest\Aion
