Did you ever consider the fact that the player recording actually DOES NOT see him move AT ALL?

The character is completely frozen/glitched. Even after he gets on the mount. It's obvious it's a bug. Go watch some speed hack reports and videos. You'll see that they actually move and you can see their toon RUN while skipping distances. This is nothing more than a good old glitch.

Did you even consult any of the SAMs or HAM before banning? Seeing how none of them are around on forums or on skype, I doubt that.

Meanz, try PMing one of the seniors or higher with your concerns. They may have already made their input, along with other AMs, who knows, its hard to judge one AM when you don't know what has happened in staff chat.

Also, it does look suspicious (may not be an exploit, could just be a glitch like you said, but it is suspicious and worth further investigation) so I hope you're not defending him based on name. Either way, its not going to help much bringing it into a public argument

Just checking ;p but yeah, PM the higher ups, in fact you might as well just CC several of them into one PM (they're going to hate me for saying that), but that way you know it'll be checked out by someone - someone that isn't already agitated by being questioned

 

Meanz you have 0 idea about what staff is on or not. Ams are on the forums but you dont realize that.
