    Help my account sir....every pick character Always send log,..please help tnhx

    This is an on going problem for many people. If you have the 100% up to date launcher, make a new character and see if you can log in with it. If you can, it means you have the same error I, and other people are experiencing and it is a server-side database issue they are trying to fix.

    If you have another toon, log in to it and type .fix <Insert your toons name>, and try to log into that toon again. If it does not work, the only thing I could really say is to request and unstuck or wait for the server to restart.

    If it works, you will log in naked with all of your gear in your inventory. Just re-equip them and you can go back to your day as if nothing ever happened.

    Yea - this was suggested to me also and I absolutely hope it works for other people, but so far I haven't seen anyone have it work yet.

    yeah I know! but these days, when 4.5 came out, I need to re-launch the launcher five times to get me in the game.. my God. the first to fourth launch will cost me a lot of send log.. hoping that this will be fix soon.

    No, so far I have counted about 12 people with this issue who declared it on forums. I have no idea if the GMs have or are making any progress on it. I don't want to pester them, but it would be nice to know any type of updates on this issue.

    Gud PM/AM sir..i have this problem when i click the return button it wil pause/hang the game and when i went to the website to see where is my character it says unknwn..can anyone help me :(

    THAT sounds like an Unstuck request through User CP on the website. Place the request and then do not try to log in. Check the location for your characters before you log in, since signing into the game before the request is fulfilled will undo the request.
