    I think you can get it special events. I'm not sure, but i never saw it selling.

    Actually it is included in the Advanced list. The name is Evening Alluring Robe. http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f320/[new]-forum-event-reward-prize-list-157578/
    So far the only way to get it is through forum events whereas prizes include Advanced Prize of choice and also trading to those who has them. Some players got it from a special Halloween event in-game last year where you turn in stuffs to designated NPCs to get a box which when extracted can give a piece of the costume. While others got it from special events hosted in-forum. It has always been in the Forum Events Prize List: http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f320/forum-event-prize-list-111730/
