    Mithril medals. Get it in trade. I dont know if you can still collect them in Tiamat eye. I think you get some from winning certain credit events too.

    Join in game events hosted by GMs. The rewards usually consist of Mithril medals. Not only medals but also crucible insignias and courage insignias. You exchange these insignias for coliseum pvp gears and so forth.
