Who hasn't updated/can't log in yet?

So when i started voting again after 4.5 launched I noticed this on the 4th voting page:

As you can see the number of votes has trippled, yet ingame i haven't seen more than 70 elyos and 30 asmos at the same time (mind you, this is for lumiel and lvl 65 only, i never count the lowbies).


What i'm asking in this thread is:
a) Who still hasn't updated, has problems updating or simply can't log his char cause it's stuck (q.q) ? Bonus points if you're from Lumiel.
b) If you're from Siel and you CAN log ingame - have you noticed an increase in the playerbase?

 

On siel, there has actually been an increase of activity (from what I've seen), and I play both asmo and elyos. Maybe some people decided to move over to siel lmao.

Why didn't they vote in preperation?

Many people vote, but dont play game. Save some more credits, and then come to game.

 

Why would they vote but not play, i mean they're wasting time for a server that they might or might not like..seems odd

 

They're Just too afraid of Grrr's weewee to log in imo...

 

Uhm, i mean like, they are playing on gamez, but dont have enough time during week bcoz of work, school, etc. So they just vote, and play during holidays, or when they have free time.I know some people that arent often online in-game, but vote every 12 hours. Or just stop, like i did before. I stopped playing for month or 2, was voting during that time. Came back and had more credits, bcoz if i play i usually buy VIP and waste all credits.
