    Since Sunday I went to the transfer server and have not changed,
    My credits have been spent already talked to the GMS over already passed 5 days and was not repaid, need help please, I want to play and I can not: s

    Technically, the transfer failed. You should have access to the character, so you can play. The refund will have to be done by Uehara/Guille ( I believe they have the option to do refunds) or Deathangel. Uehara was around few minutes ago so I would suggest sending her a PM.

    Unfortunately, my access for Credits Refund is currently disabled for the Admins to be able to monitor what could be the cause of transfer failures. All we can only do is to forward this report. And I've been doing so.. Afterwards, it's no longer up to me.

    I transfer my snowman already one week passed and I was still not changed, my credits have been spent and not received my benefit ...
