ncsoft launcher problems ( region settings )

hello all,

my problem is the new ncsoft launcher because i cannot change the region to north america to start the game over the gamezaion launcher. there is no options menue inside like in the old ncsoft launcher for the region changes.

i always got the old warning text: This program is unavailable in your country.

how can i change now the region to north america to play the game again ?
( i did all steps correctly by the installings of the ncsoft launcher and the newest 4.5 gamezaion launcher btw ! )

I believe other regions are on different patches so you may have to redownload the whole thing again. But get confirmation on this with a GM.
