server transfer

used player transfer service a few hours ago to transfer from lum to siel, i did give it more than 10min to log in again. still telling me i have an active player transfer. Checked my account, that character is still in lumiel.

I'm wondering when and if that character transfer is going to happen, thank you.

 

Nope. Most likely it's bugged. You're gonna have to wait for probably Deathangel to refund the transfer. What I've noticed is that every time you attempt transfering an old toon that has been leveled and whatnot, it fails.

I'm pretty sure if you try to transfer a brand new toon you just made, it'll work. Never failed mine that way for all I know.

 

Do i have to contact him? or he can find out the buggy transfer?

 

I just did a transfer from last morning. Seems like it was bugged and I contacted Ari for it, he told me to wait a few hours and I will be refunded, but I waited for a day long, nothing happened, anyone know what to do now?

 

Ari will fix it dont worry, just give him some time.
