    Make sure GamezAion was installed into the correct directory first, and if that was correct then you need to make sure you are running it as an administrator. GamezAion needs to be installed into NCSOFT\Aion - basically the directory the icons for Aion's launcher are contained.

    GamezAion is installed in the folder of aion and also trying to log in as administrator does not change the launcher does not start

    I also tried with the antivirus turned off but nothing changes :crying:

    Check the forum for the language or country of use details. AION must be set for USA connections. There are a few solutions needed for this type of problem, and many were addressed here. If you get stuck though, PM Guille and downloand Teamviewer.
