    Gotta follow-up this again. I have to report this. I have donated P400 load and I am expecting 866 credits to be added in my account. The first P200 load I donated was successful but unfortunately the second one failed. I want to have that credits as soon as possible.

    I've tried donating via Smart before and had the same problem. Turns out they didn't deduct the load balance so I tried donating again and it pushed through.

    Your second transaction doesn't have the confirmation text message that the system usually sends right when your donation has been accepted.

    The P400 load was donated successfully. They got same transactions :3 So how come I didn't receive the second one?
