    DR is working fine, we did it 6-7hours ago, 4 times in a row without failing! ;D All 4.0 instances are working, TS is still bugged.

    i guess the wing is not available and cannot be obtain from hyperion. I think our server restrict/exclude it from treasure box that it gives.
