noob question

    How can I lvl up Legion if im the only member? I saw some lvl 4 Legions with 1 member

    Most probably they invited people to raise the level then kicked them. By people, I mean alt characters. =p

    but for lvl 4 legion I need 30+ members, is it even possible to do it with alt chars?

    Step 1: open the players search list
    Step 2: invite all the newbies (lower than level 65)
    Step 3: Repeat for many hours
    Step 4: Level up the legion
    Step 5: Kick them
    Step 6: ????
    Step 7: Profit.
