Fraps Use and Abyss transfrmation

I've downloaded Fraps and dont knwo how to operate it.. can anyone tell me where i start and stop recording? ty

You have to be in abyss to use the transformation, you can set a key to record on fraps. I think the default is f9.

Also make sure that you have fraps running and that you see your framerate in yellow numbers in one of the corners of your screen. When you record the framerate will turn red and then back to yellow when you stop recording

An unregistered version of fraps has a 30 second record limit per video, you'll have to get the full version to make them longer. Shield damage reduction does work, but its a percentage chance on a successful block to actually reduce damage.. best to get the 55 PvP shield for a constant 5% pvp damage reduction.
