Bugged or not?

    Heya all i started paying yesterday..brand new to Aion didn't even play the NcSoft servers..Anyways i went to buy some crafting materials and the NPC was empty, i tried to sell the npc a weapon drop it didn't show up in the window but the krinah was deposited to my bag. is my client bugged? if so how do i fix it?
