Bugs bunny ....bugs!

I just started to play on this server after playng for 2 years on Kahrun NA .
I noticed that not only here are hakers but i see thet the server administrators dont want u to craft....
For new crafts u need idella fragments that u buy from npc....well... here it does not sell that npc .
Some friend asked the same question about this and Gm said that on retail its the same bug ....well this is no bug and on retail it works fine .
I came on this server with another 8 ppl from kahrun and i tell u this : even if on retail to do something u need more time and its harder its still duable , but here ......
One more thing AOE heals from cleric does not worck!!!!!
Ihav a full set with block with 3350 block and a ranger with 2700 acc hit me every time !!!!!!!! so block does not worck the way it should!!!
With magic resist wen someone resisted your spell u get "Dodge" like MACC is ACC .
i just started SSB and i died in instance ....well to bad ...the problem is that the cleric cant ress me beacause he cant select me , every time he selected me the target instantly jumped on himself........
I bug i want to report its the server itself and the ppl that are running this crap .
U block the npc selling the idella fragment so ppl stop trading extendable weapons , but u can erase thet fking box and force ppl to do Dragon lord refuge!!
One more thing .....please watch some youtube and tell me if in DR the Modor Queen , spawn mobs like it spawns here , all instances here are changed and bended so hard that its idiothic!!!

True things about :
-Idella Fragment working on retail but not here.
-Cleric's group heal sometimes won't work.
-Block is messed up.

PS: I'm pretty sure Idella fragment are blocked to put the new extendables in shop...
PS2: Don't forget the hackers playing here and nobody won't do anything.

If you want to catch hackers you have to fucking record them dipshit
the only aoe heal that sometimes doesnt work is ripple of purification
the text is messed up for resist that is all nothing else its working fine
I have no problems with the instances ...learn how to do them before joining

Also i didn't said anything about the instances, sure they are fine, but you still don't receive all the heals sometimes and that can mess up everything.

The Magic Resist displaying as Dodge is a visual bug. It occured on NA-Retail too. They've only fixed it with their recent patch,

Idella Fragment NPC's sell list is bugged and is in need of fixing. If it was to be blocked, then it would been blocked right from the start of 4.0. As this was not the case and there have been numerous people who managed to morph the new extendables.

Cleric's AoE heals work perfectly fine. It only fails if the terrain is uneven, similarly when you're flying and at different attitudes. Ripple of Purification's heal is not instant and actually has a 1sec delay before it heals. 80% of people are unaware of this.

Block is working. I have a chanter with 3.4k block and it blocks quite a lot of hits from players with low accuracy.

I do admit that DR's add spawn is bugged.

Never once saw dodge at one spell just resist or resisted.
I started this beacause here the administrators need to came up with a better way to make ppl donate.
Imparing or making ipossible crafting new pots or new gear it will make ppl leave server.
I started here beacause i beleved i can craft and do things that nede a lo lot more time on retail.
Making available for everyone the arbiters set its wrong in my opinion.
Let the governors have that armor ,beacause they loose more ap and thats why ncsoft made governors harder to kill!
One more thing making available WOC I or II its totally wrong! tha attack speet its to big and it will make some classes op!! there is no ballancein the game.
all the classes were ballanced but here its so unballanced that some ppl dont play those classes so they make sins archers the ones that benefit the most from attack speed.
If administrators just took a little more time to think this trough ...instead of looking for the fastest way of making money the game wouldnt suck this much!

As per your second points, I do agree and find it very stupid that Arbiter and WoC1/2 is around. I was clearly very vocal against it too. However now that it's released and everyone has least a piece, there's no going back to remove it. You'll just have to learn to adapt and deal with it. Seriously it is not that big of a deal if you know how to play the game. Arbiter geared doesn't make you immune.

Did you know that vesi is in a box?

 

It doesn't "land" sometimes to your group members because the skill is not for group members only, it heals 6 allies and if you are in a zone with more people from your same race, the skill could go to them instead of your group members
