missing item

    i bought arbiter pistol around 1am-3am today but still no item where my character selected to buy that item. i bought it on the web shop please help me. im very very sure that i have slots on my inventory before i bought it.

    i bought the item using my android cp. i tried to go to page but they always wants me to login then when i login im in home page. -_-
