[BUG] Infinite loading screen

Hi,

I was playing on the server a year ago then i want to play again
But i have a problem, when i try to connect it say me that i'm alreaddy logged in, as i saw in the common problems i wait 20 secondes then i retry and it works.
After it shows me the rules, etc..
I click accept, rules dissapear and nothing, just the baground animation that's playing for an infinite time..
I got nothing, no buttons, no error, just an infinite loading screen..
And after 2/3 minutes a popup appears to say me that i lost connection.

I've try to disable firewall, no changes, execute in admin mode, same.

Can someone help me?

Is by any chance, the GameForge Aion client what you're using?

 

It was..

Now i use the NCsoft launcher but i have another problem: This program is unavailable in your country

I saw in support that i have to change region in ncsoft launcher then file repair & reinstall GameZ Aion Client, i done that but nothing changes..
