Unstuck

I was just wonderin when will be the next server restart coz my sorc char is still stuck for almost 1 month and yet no actions from the AM's cant wait to get back in game

And here's my sorc name and server:

IGN:Eilyn
Server:Siel
Faction:Asmodian

Hope this will get fixed soon asap

 

There has been countless of restarts done in both servers the past days so that is most likely not the case. An issue of hard-stuck occurred to some characters after the version update which is very similar to your problem (still stuck even after server reboot). Although I'm not very sure if that issue has already been resolved. I'll get back to you when I confirmed it to the higher staffs.

 

cant wait to get back in game im sick of waiting and i hope this will be resolved...................................................please AM's make this things quick as soon as possible...and thank you..............

 

I'm assuming that you have already tried the character unstuck request, and the .fix character thing in-game.

Is it just your sorcerer that's stuck?

 

Yea, this hasn't even been close to resolved and now that two site admins confirmed that there is no serious discussion about getting it fixed I am beginning to feel like Gamez just doesn't care to fix it.

This is the same type of bug other are experiencing, and the game will not let you log in to attempt /escape. The Unstuck request doesn't fix it.

 

yes..only my sorcerer got stuck.

 

As Uehara said, there have been countless of server restarts the past couple of weeks. If the said problem persists then your character is probably hard stuck.

Did you go to the gamezaion pannel, and did you send an unstuck request for the said char ? (Your sorc)

IF yes, DO NOT EVEN TRY TO LOGIN THIS CHAR once, else the unstuck request will be canceled as soon as you try to get on with this char. And you'll have to send an unstuck request again. I'll pass the message to the staff.

Has anyone else had this problem too about this character stuck coz for some reason i cant log in my sorc char nor attempt to /escape.The server maintenance didnt help and the problem is still there.This is my only main char that can do raids and pvp and all my stuffs are there too so thats why i make an new thread again and again and again AM't says they'll confirmed it to the higher staffs and still no reply from the AM't.Im dealin with this problem for almost 1 month and a half and im beginning to feel like Gamez doesnt care to fix this.

 

log in to another character. Try command:

.fix [USERNAME]

or do the unstuck request on the gamezaion.com site.http://gamezaion.com/index.php?page=unstick

So you cant even play a different character?

 

only my sorc char got stuck HARDSTUCK while others are ok and only my sorc char can do raids and pvp all my stuffs are in there too

 

ok. Log into another character. Not your sorc. Type in chat:

.fix [Character name(Sorc name)]

 

as what i said earlier unstuck request and .fix cant fix this
