Stuck at server selection

hello everybody, i'm getting some problems to reach the game, i'm new on the serv and when i launch the game, i connect but when i want to select a server the game seems to freeze... it doesn't bring me to the creation window... i don't know what i can do i never get this problem before so i ask help here. hope someone have the solutions.

What's the client version?

Check the version.ini file inside your Aion folder (Aion\Version.ini)

doesn't know what it means do i have to make an update or something like that ?

 

That is VersionInfo_AION.ini, which is a hidden file, check "Version.ini"

Also I have the feeling that your client is from Gameforge, the latest client update from NCsoft is the #33, and yours is at 43

 

yes i'm on gameforge launcher is that making the issues ?

Yes, Gameforge is not working with Gamez. Means that you have to install the NA Launcher (NCSOFT Game Launchers) and the Gamez Launcher (http/gamezaion.com/Gamez%20Aion%20Installer.exe).

just another question guys, do you think i need to reinstall a new aion , or i can import it from the gameforge folder ?

 

You'll need to install new aion, the one from ncsoft as linked by AM Mikako. Gameforge packs their files differently so they're not compatible with the ncsoft client and might cause unnecessary errors/issues.
