I still don't get the VIP settings, and ofc i tried to relog in and see if it worked out but it didn't

And i noticed that i can trade my genium breastplate but not my sauren breastplate.

he is simply not applying the items.pak correctly

 

Do not remove or change the item.pak in
aion/items <<< dont touch this folder, if you alrdy did it, get the original back. And put the vip item.pak in aion/usa/items <<<< you dont have to restart your pc for this, only aion.

try going in tha tsite and following it's steps ok? ';for the item pack which anables u to trade items

 

Delete the items.pak in the folder, leave only XMLs.

 

The item. Pak in your Screenshots is way to small *3mb ... Before things get even worser, use file repair with the ncsoft launcher, than do the downgrade, can be found in guides, the first sticky. After that move the item.pak for vip. In aion/data/usa/items . And delete all other files in this folder. You better repair all files before you have another problem.

No, the Items.pak in that folder is small (3.096 KB) because it's the original from that folder, which doesn't allow you to trade items. He's using the XML files (Loose files version) "Items.pak" and he needs to delete the original items.pak from NCsoft (Aion\Data\USA\Items) which gets downloaded/replaced everytime you launch Aion Retail (the NCsoft launcher checks files before launching the game), delete it as Razor said and it should be fine

 

Would be better to do a repair, He Played infiniteaion, who knows what files he changed or removed to play there.

That server died around the 3.0 version, don't really think there are still files which a repair would fix if his client is already updated to 4.5

 

i redownload aion for 4.5. the folder is still call infinite aion simply because i never changed it. so i don't think it matthers.

 

So did deleting the items.pak in that folder work out for you?
