GM need help

GM i need help. My account had been put on VIP status. My account has not been active for some time now then when i open it yesterday afternoon all of my items is gone.

GM I am a owner of a internet cafe, my concern is that all of my costumer that have items and account in gamezaion are afraid of this hacker. They don't want to play here anymore. I am loosing. All i want is can i have the IP Address used at that time when they made my account VIP. It may not be relevant to you but it matter to us specially if that IP address is close to the location of my shop.

 

Highly doubt they will give out such information. Though, who knows. Maybe.

 

Please just to have peace of mind from me and to my valued costumers.

Carl and Alente aren't the only ones that can see the IP of the players.

He's looking for the IP used to make the VIP membership purchase, henceforth requiring website log info which no AM has access to.

 

To your concern you have been attacked by a hacker (Black Hat) that somehow got in touch with you wireless or wired signal and and sniffed an attack on your IP address.
Now the point is:
If the person who did that was a Black Hat than he will leave no signs of his real IP. Thats for sure. Meaning he will use a different IP to do all this.
So lets pretend that CEO will be able to track the transaction down.. Still the IP can be fake.

1 week have passed there still no response from any GM. What a lame.. Some of my items was purchase thru this account not just from any item trade. that means i donated. pls give some importance to your client that really add to your living.
