    I dont be a expert but try to use the REPAIR function or if nobody answer u with a better solution, reinstall it complete.

    Hint:
    Close all unused programs or functions like Skype etc to prevent a download error

    Restart the launcher completely and try again. If this doesn't work try repairing and then continuing with the download.

    u try to deinstall all NCSoft programs and Aion?
    delete all folders and reinstall the launcher from NCSOFT Game Launchers

    Shut down the windows firewall and your Antivirus.
    The NCsoft launcher is pesky on those things, happened to me and had to do that to solve it.

    Try this, try shutting down any antivirus you have running, and temporarily disable your windows firewall and try downloading again.

    Oh, yeah, basically what Ddraig said
