New to Server, Encountering problems shortly after installation and need assistance

Hello I'm new to the server i recently made an account registered on the website, downloaded the Installer, ran it and installed the files, ran the game launcher did the whole process of updating and what not... i get in game and I soon find out i can't view any Items being sold from any NPC, i went to the cloister of Kaisnel (I'm an Elyos) to buy stigmas cuz i was directed there when i asked. the NPC there all have Korean Dialog for me and sell absolutely no items, i hope a staff member or someone who's already encountered this problem can help me fix this, I'm eagerly awaiting some sort of reply.
