Only head issue ! help pliz

Hello, few days ago i downloaded aion and installed GamezAion launcher, i updated everything.
when i logged into the game i saw in the character creation that the characters has only heads i created a character and even in ga,e there is only head all NPC's and other characters has only heads...
i searched in Google and on the forum for a solution... but nothing worked
i have downgraded the game, i downloaded item.pak (tried the 2 versions), updated all graphic drivers and still nothing...
does some one has a solution for this issue ?

By the way in the regular Aion it doesn't happens to me

 

Try this :3 and fo not forget to downgrade (http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f64/[guide]-downgrade-4-5-0-11-4-5-0-8-a-176789/) and get the 4.5 item.pak (http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f63/[guide]-4-5-items-pak-161756/).

Did you repair your NCSoft Launcher before you downgraded?

 

i think i did but i will try it again
