I,ve Been Hacked T_T

well im here to report that i've been hacked, congrats to the mtf who hacked me and stole my items. i wanna ask to the gm or admin if theres a way to get my stuff back.

 

Hm there's mostly no way you'd get hacked unless you took an easy username/password combination. Yet if you are that kind of nice person which borrowed his account to one of his friends, and though it's a safe and ok thing to do you're most probably mistaken, every single player is responsible for the security of his own account.

This even means, dont lend your acc to someone you think as a "good friend".

as for the refunds i doubt theres any way to do it unfortunatly. Sorry

 

no man my password is pretty hard, nobody have my password or my account.

 

So you never gave your account informations to any of your friends which wanted to "try out" aion ?

or did you maybe visit some kind of third party website in which you have to enter your pw/ and else ?...

 

is there a trade record???

 

There's a chat.log. But i dont have access to any of these.

 

and there is another thing i had like 700 tolls is not enough to buy vip, so he shall donate or something to get vip, shall be a record of that

 

You're still in possession of your account no ? Just the gear is gone ?. You can see yourself if you're vip, simply check after blue jewels next to your char name when you're in-game.

as for these records, i doubt they'd be of any help.

 

What happens with your account is your responsibility. We are not responsible if you get hacked/scammed and if your items get lost, therefore we are not going to issue any refund.
