Unstuck

    It appears the character is hard stuck. You'll have to submit an unstuck request on the GamezAion website. Ensure you do NOT attempt to log onto that character until the next server restart or it'll reset the unstuck request. It sounded like you applied for the unstuck request and tried logging onto the character again, which is probably why it didn't process through.

    ikr but the problem is im dealin with this problem for almost a month and higher staffs in this game doesnt care to fix this AM's in here says it'll confirmed it to the higher staffs but still no reply from the am's if it was confirmed................... and im getting tired of waiting watching my char stuck like a hell....please make this quick asap

    I just placed the unstuck requests (again - this is the fourth time attempting this and waiting for confirmation of the server restart).

    I am always hoping this gets fixed, but to be completely honest this has not fixed the issue the last three times.

    guess only i can do is waiting and waiting till i get bored out in this game...........

    as what sabbah said this is my fourth time attempting to send unstuck request and yet nothing happens i did everything you said i do the .fix and also didn't attempt to select my sorc char for almost 2 weeks and yes the server restarted last week and -.- still no changes occurs.

    how long do i have to wait?

    guys what they want and that you donate again, and not wait for gms because they do not know how to solve. guys donate again not wait for gms

    I have kept track of 12 players complaining of this same issue since the update. I have submitted multiple unstuck requests, and just finished confirming my characters were logged from "Unknown" to "Ishalgen" after my last unstuck request. This has been months, and I would say that I have come to a series of conclusions based on how the forum and Gamez Aion interact. I hope I am wrong about things, but so far, Guille was the only part of the staff who legitimately cared to follow-up with me proactively on any of these concerns, and he unfortunately can't do anything about it.

    That being said, this has been going on long enough where I do not believe this will be fixed, and I should simply be happy with the time I got on the server and do not plan on returning.

    1. The forum mods have a remote tie to the server administration - they may have an in-game mod presence, but functionally can't do anything beyond standard administrative details.

    2. The problem is not a high priority - if it was a big issue, a solution or option would have been worked out. Big issues and problems do produce tracking and updates, and this is just not a big enough problem for Gamez to dedicate updates or investigation towards.

    3. They either can't, or won't find an alternative solution - if they have the right type of Game Control panel, it would be possible to either migrate or move the actual items that were donated for onto a new toon. I think everyone can agree that leveling up is simple enough, but I personally paid money trusting that my donations were going towards maintaining the server, and that I was investing towards the continuation of the atmosphere Gamez promised to maintain. While the donations are exactly that - I feel that either an actual meaningful response on this issue should be provided, or at least tell us that we won't get our characters back, or our gear, and let us move on.

    4. Communication is not a high priority - the forum mod presence is very active here and I respect that immensely, but typically it is more of a "putting out fires and reacting to issues" type of response instead of being managed with a level of high level client service. Big issues and problems do produce tracking and updates, and this is just not a big enough problem for Gamez to dedicate updates or investigation towards.

    I would strongly encourage players to either remain patient, or just start from scratch and build back up - it is a game afterall. While this may sound hypocritical, I lost my love of the server over how this was handled from the Gamez team. I would have respected an honest answer, or consistent responses to the same issue or status updates, but having neither is unacceptable. Either tell us flat out that you can't fix the characters and you will not reimburse the gear that was donated for, or show some interest in solving the problem and let us know what is going on.


    After everything is said and done, I had donated monthly in the same sense that commercial servers need funds to maintain themselves, and I am not planning on donating again. I felt it was worth investing in, and if you were to take an inventory of my character or gear - you would quite clearly see I do not strive for any great aspirations on this server. I came here to play and have fun. I do not want to call it quits - but at the same time, I don't have the inclination to start over after being a consistent and loyal supporter of this server. I understand that the donation is completely voluntary and I am not upset that the digital goods I opted to enact with my vote and donation rewards are no longer available. The issue still falls into that this is a business Gamez is running, I am not pleased to be a part of a consistent group of players who were considered to be casualties to an error to be worth my support. I understand that it is just a game and I have every right to start over, but to be marginalized and ignored because Gamez couldn't mitigate the migration issue is unacceptable to me. This was a consistent enough issue that it should have been caught, or should be addressed directly to the players.

    I hope this gets fixed, and I hope that all the players who had issues for the last three months are able to pick up and continue - but I honestly can't see myself coming back to this server if I can't have my character back.

    make it straight to the point AM's CEO's please tell me if you guys cant handle this problem ..... and all i want to say is i just want my items back all the stuffs in there
