We should be able to dye Aether Blade

It would just be fun to make it fit with your armor style.
Besides I don't think that it would be that hard to enable this feature.

Pretty sure it will. Since it is the actual skin that needs to be changed each time you want to dye it. It is more than just programming

 

There is no "enable and disable button" for feautures you would like to see but don't exist. If you want an item that doesn't change color to actually change color, people who are in charge of the server won't just tick a button that will enable you to dye it.

Some things need work, and putting work into enabling a sword to be dyed is pointless work.

 

Well I didn't want to say that it would be that easy but maybe just add an 'exception' in the program for this type of remodel

let's dye more weapons just cause people want to, there alrdy anuff stuff programed in the server. then u would be wondering why u had so many sends longs(it's enough alrdy)

All the items (that you can wear) are dye-able if you are using the latest Items.pak, however most of the weapons, some shields and even gear items can't be dyed even using that Items.pak and this is because the meshes are not allowed to be dyed, it would need a whole rework with the Items' meshes (images that hold how items look).

And if you are talking about Bastions (Robot) and not the Cipher-Blade (Weapon item), I personally can't see their meshes due to my graphics card and I'm not sure if they are dye-able, but I guess the whole concept still applies to it
