GM's help me how to fix this problem.

Good day,Please Help me how to fix the problem of my friend on his character, he doesn't have a forums acct so he ask me to help him,this is the problem, He's character is always send log when he open his mail box,it said mailbox is full then send log...GM help him to recover his character (Negrosgladaitor) thank you...

 

Hi, this problem can only be fixed by wiping the mailbox and therefore loosing everything included in it.

That problem GM is my Problem.... he is my friend... uhmm... can u delete the other read mails sir... i dont like to loose my unget items on the mail

We cannot guarantee that the issue will be resolved without completely wiping the mailbox, in fact it is more likely than not that none of the items in mail will be kept. Unfortunately, while we do not like to see issues like this occur to our players, it can be unavoidable at times in order to restore your account to a playable state.
