Your game is not fully downloaded yet. You'll need to open the NCupdater and do a repair to finish downloading the client.

Once it has finished updating completely, then apply the downgrade to prevent bugs.

The screenshot provided doesn't show you dead as you still have HP.

 

Does that happen every time you go to that place? Check the size of the Levels folder inside your Aion folder and post it here, should be around 6.96 GB, and go ahead and repair your client, have the feeling you are missing some map files, the NPC is standing right there and you can't see the floor

I asked you the size of the \Aion\Levels\ folder, not the main \Aion\ folder but it works too, your client has not been installed completely. Normal client size: 26.6 GB. Run the NCsoft launcher once again and hit on File Repair if the download doesn't start right away, then apply the downgrade and Items.pak all over again

That folder should be around 6.96 GB, and this is the folder that contains the map files, if you don't have them you will fall to death because you don't have a floor, literally, don't forget to apply the downgrade once the download is completed

 

Maybe your internet connection is too low. that's what happen when your internet is too low.

 

Did you even read the whole thread, analyzed his problem and such? Because your post doesn't make any sense at all
