can't log in

    my friend ask me to make a post about her account can't log in..when choose server nothing happen just stay on hang mode.

    This is a client error let him delete his Bin32 and then repair his aion using Ncsoft launcher.
    If that is done just repatch.

    but she said when she log in using another acount looks fine..only that account seems trouble for her
    that problem start 1 day ago
