my items vanishing at broker

hi,
i'm playing gamez aion for a week and have some serious problems with broker. i usually put some items to my sales list, then go to bed. the day after when i look to broker, my items are sold, but nothing in my sold list and i can't get my money. then i looked to my character's inventory from user control panel at your internet site, they all show there. but i can't find these items in-game. what i lost is a godstone judmentis's agility, one godstone: sigyn's intelligence, vingeveu's belt, soaring chain pauldrons, taha spear, anuhart gladiator breastplate and gloves, a luminary jewel, anuhart cleric mail and 200 greater divine wind potions. i know these aren't very expensive, but i'm not sure that my more valuable items won't vanish. please help me, my in-game nick is Bidonumasudoldur, level 55 ranger.

Let them check the logs.

 

yes i can see these items at gamezaion.com control panel - view character inventory

 

then take a screenshot of that in the cp then post it here or update your items.pak? sometimes that happens

 

i empty my inventory and warehouse (not items equipped or kinah) and here it is

btw, divine wind pots aren't even at this page maybe they were deleted by dupe bug.
going to look for latest items.pak

just tried the other (16 mb) items.pak and it didnt work

anyone has a solution? i just want my money back
