I bought an item in store in game and not received! Help me!!!

Gamez Aion good night, i bought a arbiter leggings in-game store with the credits i had donated and have not received it, I got all other items under it, please help me !! :sad:inched:

 

Make sure You have space on your cube, relog And Wait a few minuts if the ítem dont appear You should report it at an hgm.

I was with 2 free cubes and already do exactly 40 minutes, i relog and the item did not appear.

 

Send a pm to the HGM deathangel explain that You have trouble with your buyout.

That is not how it works anymore

Check the character you bought the item for, go to the main gamezaion website. Webshop > Select your server > Select any character > click on "History", now that you know the exact character name go in-game and wait with that character while the item arrives to your mailbox
