Problem With Vote

Hello I have been voting without any problems and receiving credits but those last 2-3 days when I try to vote I am receiving message : "You already voted". Problem is that I have not voted in 12 hours period after my last vote. I do not know why I am receiving this message. I am unable to vote. I kindly ask for help.

 

Do you vote from an Internet Cafe? Or does anyone else in your family play Gamez that uses the same IP address?

 

No, I am playing and voting from my home and I am only one playing aion and I am not sharing my network with anyone.

 

Let me get this clear, you haven't voted for 3 days straight because every time you try to, it tells you that you've already voted?

 

I tried to vote the day before yesterday an I was not able , it was telling me you already voted!. I tried also yesterday and same thing and now I tried today before I opened this topic. And today when I tried to vote it also showed me to wait 596 minutes. after vote you have to wait 720 minutes difference between them is about 2 hours and 2 hours ago I was sleeping. I am confused.

 

Tried clearing your internet browser's cache and see if that fixes the problem. Alternatively you can also use another web browser and see if the problem is isolated to that particular program. Long as your IP isn't used or share with other voters (eg wireless networks), there shouldn't be a problem with it.

 

I tried. I also tried to vote from my laptop(second computer) but same thing. It tells me try again in 565 min, but I have not voted 155min ago, I was sleeping.

 

i have this problem too since august last year,sometimes i can vote,sometimes i receive the message"You Already Voted".And I'm playing in my home.

 

Is your internet a fixed line connection or a wireless connection? It is possible that your ISP is hitching your connection with others within the same area.

 

I am using router(D-link with Wi-Fi for my personal laptop, and for stationary PC I do use only cable connection). I am the only person using it. No one else can access it, It has got security key.(there is one income cable which connects to router, and one outcome which connects with PC)

While not being able to vote from my pc with my IP I tried to vote from my cousins home who is not playing aion and does not share network with me and I got same message "You already voted Try again in XXX min" Problem is with account as it seems because I am receiving same text while trying to vote from my home PC. And all those things started since I tried to donate using super rewards (PayPal).

 

Accounts are linked to a specific MAC address. you can vote only from the first pc/device you voted from.
