Speed Hackin in core! 5:21 pm 31.08.10

there is this asmo gladiator named byonetta or sm like that this has been speed hackin since yesterday, i dnt have any pics or vidz to show but all im sayin, sm needs to b dun about these ppl n fast.. thank u %_%

 

You sure it wasn't lag? Sometimes a Character can delay, which causes them to look like they're hackin. Just for future reference, if you don't have any proof don't bother complaining about it lol.

 

Use //gmlist to contact an online GM when you see it so they can investigate, of course they might also be to busy, in that case gather sufficient evidence..

If you post it in the report section next then we can check him without the persoon in question knowing about it.

 

Jus to let everyone know that screenshots is not submissable as evidence that someone is speed hacking.

Only way to prove this is by dl'ing fraps,hypercam or xfire and catch them on vid much better way of identifying if he or she hacks. Makes it easy for the GMs/admins too.

Yes its true, he's using speed hack. But still I dont have any proof. To the newly hired GM's just keep an eye on these players.

Please stop posting characters names here in the public forum. We have a reports section on the forum to use. I ask that you do this because for one thing if the person is doing nothing wrong, it can damage their reputation in game, and for another if they are doing something wrong then they will know that we are watching out for them. Well, Id prefer whispering a GM then... that would be more stealthy... I want the GM's to actually do their jobs in game rather than reviewing reports on forums.

The hacker that gets caught will have no allowance to do it and might get omfg shocked.... :devil:

 

Actually it doesn't matter if they're aware of being watched out if there is solid proof of them using something awful.

Hitkill and myself spent many hours in game yesterday and will continue to do so.

The public forum is not the place to report a player. Like I previously stated, if the person is not doing anything wrong, this can ruin their reputation ingame. If they are, then it makes our jobs as GMs harder because the player now knows people are accusing him and we will be watching out for him. If the community wants us to do something about people who are hacking/abusing bugs please use the reports section if you have proof or whisper us when we are in game.
As far as me seeing a certain player in game using a speedhack, I did not have fraps running at the time so no proof was caught of this. A player cannot be banned based on me saying that I saw this person doing this behavior. Thankyou.
