Attack speed Orb/Tome

Okaaay. So I've been wondering for a while... is the 19% Attack speed worth it (Considering the caster is using WOC2 already) over some of the other bonuses? Most of the Attack speed fuses don't have bonuses as good as other weapons without Atk speed (Except for Padma/Sema I guess).

What do you guys think? Is WOC2 enough or should a small sacrifice in stats be made in exchange for the other 19% attack speed?

By small I mean like 80~ MB (If you use Tatar for example)

 

woc 2 is plenty if you have a decent ping....go for stats not atk speed

 

I guess bonus attack speed is always useful, as you can reach cap only with 19% in weapon... I am just now getting atk speed harp for my bard.

And there is also one better orb with atk speed, though i guess its almost unobtainable ^^

It's pretty amazing when you have +19% tome/orb and woc2 together. You'll feel a noticeable difference. If you already have an Arbiter Tome/orb on top, the last thing you're lacking is stats. I'd rather have something you normally can't get (+aspd) as bottom combine, compared to stats obtainable via other means (idians, manastones, food).

As for Attack Speed harps, yes they do exist but are awfully difficult to obtain. The only obtainable one ingame is the crafted Katalium one which needs like 4x procs. There's an instance drop from Illuminary Obelisk but that instance isn't working yet.

I guess it depends, to some with high ping, it's definitely worth sacrificing the small amount of stats for attackspeed. And if you're good at cutting skill cast, then WOC2 would be good enough. Though, I'd prefer attack speed for SMs since they have the most instant skills.

 

Indeed. I fused a tatar tome on bottom and I could totally notice the difference. Jump shotting animations + using instant skills + cast speed buffs on sorc is pretty damn sick. Now i kinda see the diff. You could squeeze even more atk. speed with a nice title. Which I'm tryin to get x.x

 

I would personally use attack speed fuses as a sorc or sm even if that means losing a little bit of my nuke power.

 

elow meanz, im a sorc myself and just recently been able to play the game again since i got hold of a working updated client and i am at the moment trying to absorb the new features and aspecst of the game itself so i am more or less like a newbie now....following some guides here, i was able to equip myself with ACD CLOTH SET/HAC CLOTH with discordant magic accesories and woc 1 and just bought recently an arbiter tome since it is said in the guide that tome is more powerful than orb while some of the players i met ingame swear that they much prefer orb than tome....so i am sort of confuse atm....may i ask for the nth time, which is better for sorcs, is it TOME or is it ORB.... and what manastone to put into it....and i saw that u mentioned fusing ur weapon with TATAR tome which according to the guide is the most powerful tome to fuse with ur arbiter tome... may i ask, how much it cost iungame in terms of items or credits...and also, wat title do u intend to buy/use as an addon to ur accesories...also, can u also refer me if i need to have pets and what pets to buy or use..... and lastly, i am a bit rusty now, if you or anybody here who've read my post, what combination of skills that u used in terms of duel/pvp scenario......many many thanks in advance.....

 

Padma/Sema is a bit better than Tatar but also is much more expensive.

Tatar isn't that expensive. Perhaps 2k Credits at most. I use Tome on my sorc and Orb on my sm. Tome is better. Refer to Razor's guide for further explanations as to why and as some basic combos against different classes. The rest you kinda learn by PvPing. There's no EXACT combo to use. It's really fight dependant and how the fight is going. / in ur favor or not in ur favor /

 

if you have low ping let's say 2 digit to 100 ms WOC 2 is enough. plus you have to cut your animation you can actually release Balaur Seeker + Storm Strike in 1s - 2s with vaizel's wisdom(25% reduce cst spd) and magic assist(10% reduce cst spd) if you cut it perfectly. but even with 2 digit ping you still need attk spd orb/tome for weaving and instant cast skill.

I've been workin on that animation cut but I can't get it down. I can cut flame cage/flame fusion combo but it just doesn't work the big nukes lol.

Best title you can use is the Aion's chosen. It's way too OP. ^^

 

ok, so it seems attack speed is much preferred than pvp attack stats??? will then use the sema to fuse.....that title u mention, how much credits u think it cost at webmall?? or can it be bought ingame from other players and how much would it be....many many thanks in advance...

 

Your arbiter weapon has PvP stats. They don't stack. You won't get more if you fuse another PvP weapon.

The title costs 2.500 credits and can be bought from the Toll Shop in-game under the Special tab.

 

ahhh ok, thanks meanz for that info....so i guess it really boils down to the attack speed then.....i may be stuck at the moment since all i have is just 2k credits to be able to buy that title then....but other players are selling their titles sometimes is it now??? ingame, how much and wat items can i use to buy that title??or is it seller dependent??meaning its up to the seller what he wants for his items i guess....
