    DId you update your client to the newest version 4.5.0.14? Gamez has just patched and updated to the latest AION version.

    how i know if i already update the 4.5.0.14? i already download the compress file but did int work then i try the loose files its work and its the same i cant all chat and i cant see the item or buy in alchemy npc the recipe to make a potion.

    The compressed/loose files are just the item.pak. Appears you haven't actually updated your client yet.
    You'll need to update your client using the NCSoft Game Launcher. The shortcut to the launcher can be found inside your AION folder.
