Repair your client and try to start with out any custom items.pak.
Your installation is most likely not complete yet.

If that doesn't solve the issue, please send me a screenshot of your current Aion installation folder.

 

i got the same problem, my client will only run with custom item pak, but when i tried to use the compressed version, it starts to failed initialize, then i tried to use the loose version, still i got the same error.. any suggestion on this one?

 

Did you reboot your pc? Did you delete the old items.pak? Did you place it in the correct folder?

 

i did reboot and i place it on the right folder, i will try to repair it again, del the old item pack and try the compressed version? im using win 7 32bit

 

Are you sure that your client is completely updated?
Is your windows language french,german or russian by chance?

 

yes sir, and i tried to repair it back and forth...and the windows language is English...

 

Delete the l10 folder and the items.pak in aion/data/usa/item, repair your client, run gamezaion as administrator and make sure it updates.

 

its ok now sir, so wat item.pak should i use?

Hello Deathangel . when i try to put the item.pak in aion/data/usa/items . the problem was start . so i run the ncsoft launcher to repair but i when the repair say Downloading file .

its working now sir i used the loose version, but still i cant store some of my items on account warehouse..

help please..i got problems on the compressed version of item.pak, and if i use the loose version, i cant put some of my items on account warehouse, and i cant trade, (I am VIP)

i did try to use the loose files, but i cant still store items for account warehouse and some items i cant trade (I am VIP), but then we i try to use the compressed one, if gives me the same error.. why i am having this kind of error?

Note: Im using win 7 32 bit OS
