Start OK , Login OK but then......

    After the new Update / Patch from the Main Aion and Gamez Aion i startet the Game and log in normaly. Till this point everything works but then it doesnt show my Chars only this roling dungeon and bgm runs with no end...

    Restart Launcher, logged in and it says i´m still logged in ??? Well k logged in again and still that rollin background and no chars available, as when the game would stuck or freeze.

    After waitin more then 5 min nothing happened.... whats wrong here ? Did i do somethin wrong ?
    Plz Help :(

    Hi,
    sounds like you have some broken files, if i read it right :) the best thing to do would be:
    1. Repair your client
    1.1 Start the Ncsoft launcher, click on repair ... and let it do the magic :kewl:

    2. Move the new item.pak
    Installation Steps:

    1. Make sure that the Aion/Data/items folder contains your Original items.pak (46,6 MB). Please do not touch this.
    2. Download the Compressed Items.pak version
    3. Extract the new Items.pak in the Aion/Data/USA/items folder and replace the file contained in it.
    4. Launch the game and check if the file is working.
    5. If it is not working, reboot your PC. If the reboot doesn't change the results, please download the Loose Files version.
    6. If the previous steps didn't work, Repair your client through the NCSoft launcher and try again.
    7. Download:

    If you still have some problems, come back here and post it!

    Awww man still same Problem.
    After log in only this:
    Aion0009.jpg

    Normally my char appear after 3 or 4 seconds but i waited 5 or 6 min and still the same :S

    Your antivirus is most likely blocking your connection to our servers.

    Update your game to 4.5.014, set an exception for your aion folder, gamez launcher and Aion.bin in your firewall and turn off your anti-virus temporary.

    Still can't log in, i get only Siel option, i want Lumiel :)

    Is Lumiel gray and unavailable, or doesn't it even show up on the server list?

    Ahhh this is my problem... I update NCSOFT and i turn off the firewall but not working...:((

    This is the problem?

    I login, but then do nothing....i see only blue wallpapper:// i dont change char

    Are you sure that your client has been fully patched? Try to launch aion retail, disable your antivirus and then try to lauch Gamez.

    mine too... i can see the items in npc... my templar gets red when using acd plate.. my soc will bug when i teleported to katalam or marchutan priory.. im stack ... when i close the game, then i log in .. i can but if i choose char.. it become send log error

    same problem...my client is fully patched but cant see my char only blue screen appear no char....plz help me

    Repair your clients, launch Retail, disable your antivirus and try to connect with gamez.

    same here..and is not my network problem cuze i can play other online games...
