You can type .fix Chiybo to send him to his obelisk
Do the same with your other toon

log in into other character that is not bugged and type .fix Chiybo or .fix Gom

When you use .fix your items are unequipped and stay in your Inventory. I can only move you when your toon is online

Tell me if you're able to play with a New toon. If so your toons are stucked, if not it's you Aion that have problems..

Update(repair) your game using the NCSoft launcher.

Then downgrade to 4.5.0.14 in order to connect with our Servers
[Important] Downgrade 4.5.0.15 to 4.5.0.14

Replace your items.pak with the new one:
[Guide] 4.7 (4.5.014) - Items.pak

Run Gamez Launcher as Admin and let it update your game files.

I got same problem they sayd i will need to w8 untill server restart are 2 days since my character its blocked and can't acces it........thats lame
