Cant play

Hello Gamez Aion.
My probleme is that : i cant connect to the game .
WHY : cause when i accept terms and i need to go to character selections nothing happen i only see the background ( i tryed to wait more then 1 hour but nothing happen)
PS: i tryed to repair client by ncsoft launcher , i download the bin32 file and put it in aion file bin32 , i updated with administrator option . (i try all but nothing , i still cant play )

Plz when i make the downguard they tell me F​

ailed to initialize the gamei tryed to make update with launcher ncsoft but nothing , i repair folder but nothing help me plz

take a screenshot of your Aion folder and post it here.

 

That's obviously the wrong client.
To connect with GamezAion, you'll need the NCSoft Client, not the Gameforge one u.u
Funny thing is you said you repaired with the NCSoft Launcher rofl
