Character Problem

Then you're obviously doing something wrong :<
The fact you can't see your chars, and apparently some ncp's either is 'cause you're missing files. Open your NCSoft Launcher. When it says Update on the right somewhere, first let it update to 4.5.0.15. Afterwards do a file repair again. Apply the downgrade which is linked plenty of times above here &, use the Items.pak in Data/USA/Items. Install the GamezAion Launcher again, run it as admin & you're ready to go.

Also could you tell us maybe what your native language is? Maybe it'd be easier to help you and you won't have to apologize for your English :3

As for the credit thing, try to use another browser such as Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.

Try to re-install the game or try to repair it, but I guess just repairing wont help since this is a problem which is your client. Or try to logg onto another character and type .fix and the name of the character that always gets a sendlog.

 

He's stuck, he doesnt need to reinstall the game or repair it I think cause its his char that causes the issue, just to type .fix char name, like this for example.

 

Well, maybe its his client if its just THIS character, if someone different would try to logg in with this character and it works, it would be a client problem and he had to reinstall the game. Just my experience ._. But I guess youre right

Did you try to log on it? And you still get send logs?

Then you'll have to wait for server restart, also the items are in your cube still.
