    running on windows 8.1,anyone experiencing this kind of stuff?

    Make sure your client is fully installed. You have to go through all the 9 stages.
    If it is, do a file repair. Apply the downgrade to 4.5.0.14 & use the new Items.pak

    At last run the GamezAion launcher as admin, so it can update your client.
    You should be good to go.
