[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]I donated yesterday using a Visa Credit Card with the PaymentWall service on the website. I was actually double charged for this $25 donation, which in itself I'm not complaining about I was just going to deal with (but would have rather only been charged once) but I was curious as to when the actual credits would appear on my account online?

Here's a copy/paste from my online card statement:

24 hours just wait a bit. You will receive them if the transaction went through, don't worry.

 

I am guessing it is your first donation or that you are new, so first of all welcome!

Anywho, my girlfriend's first donation took around a day and a half to process so you might get them anytime soon!
Most of the first donations take a bit longer to process.

 

Thanks for the replies, I guess I am just impatient but it's been over 24 hours at this point and still no credits. Will update when they ever get credited and post the timing.


Thanks for the welcome to the server, really hoping things are nice and fun on here. Honestly a choppy start with such a long delay after a donation.

Okay, I must say at this point something is wrong. I have e-mailed the support team twice, and still have yet to even hear back from them, no response no nothing.

My account still says: "Get your Account Premium or VIP Membership in Siel and LumielYou currently have 25 Credits [Add]"

My credit card statement, which I posted in the original post shows where these charges went through and now it has been over 48 hours and nothing has happened.
I enjoy the server, the people etc, but at this point I feel like there's a problem and no one seems to care to help or answer any questions.

Anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?

When you go to the payment wall window, click on the "HELP" button on the top right corner, and take a ss of it or just look to see if the payments you made went through. Those are the payments to the organization themselves, as far as I know, so that could be your answer.

You're saying that you sent an email to the support team twice. Did you send it to PaymentWall or to GamezAion staff members?
There's an option on paymentwall to check your donation status, it's called "Missing Donation?".

you can also try to contact the paymentwall support to check if your donation went through there.

There's sadly nothing we can do if the problem is on their side. If it's not please send a mail with your donation details (screenshots as proofs) to admin@gamezaion.com.

We'll try to fix your problem as soon as possible =)

Hi there, you can see that Paymentwall didnt finished the process to give you for the donation credits, look at this screenshot:

When its green, Paymentwall finished the work. There is maybe something wrong with the way you donated, or they just need longer to check your payment. At this moment we cant help you. You have to contact the Paymentwall support for this, im sorry.

 

Yeah, you can click on the link above that window that says "Looking for your credits?" etc, but I'm nearly certain that all you need to do is to start an inquiry and have them okay your payment. Once they do that, should be within a few hours that you receive your credits.

 

This is what I do when it takes too long. Screen shot your bank page showing the transaction number and the card you used.

For example. When I go to my bank Web page. I go to my card history. Find the pending purchase for the donation. Screen shot it and cover any personal redundant info you don't want anyone to see. Then email paymentwall. Took only a few hours to respond

 

In case anyone the future reads this thread about donations and credits, ultimately what ended up happening is that PaymentWall refunded my transaction because of the error between them and GameZ. The charge went through on my side and I was charged from the bank on the card, but like I said it was refunded and I re-did the transaction and it went through again but this time worked correctly.

I received my credits within 5 minutes of the second transaction and agree with the posters, I have no idea why it didn't work like this the first time.

Same happened to me.

I donated $50 dollars twice yestaday, and they only gave me credits for 1 out of the 2 transactions. So I waited 24 hours and contacted them and responsed to me via email saying this "The 2nd transaction was canceled as we suspected it may have been a duplicate. The amount should reflect back on your card in couple business days."

so they basically refunded the transaction without my permission just because they 'thought' something. I mean they could of atleast contacted me to ask me oh and on top of that they blocked me from donating via credit card.
