Problems on my chars / account

Anytime i put kinah in the warehouse, next time, it is gone. Is almost like it is diverted directly to someone else? does not matter the amount.....
My cleric, Indicura, the skill Summon Holy Spirit II does not damage. The graphic appears, but nothing happens.
My SM, Indi, none of her summon skills work. The pets come out fine, but summon stone, fire, or wind energies do not work or even appear.

If possible for you to look into this or repair, i would appreciate it.

for the first issue. make screenshots before you put anything in the warehouse and post it.

im not totally sure of the skills you are mentioning. they probably just dont work (yet)
