    You didn't finish installing your client completely. Open the NCSoft launcher and hit the repair button, make sure everything is downloaded and installed before you start the game.

    Yea repair it. Sometimes you don't fully download and install.

    Make sure you down grade to 4.5.0.14 after you repair
